Refund & Returns Policy

 

 

In the event that you may be unhappy with your purchase and are looking to return it to us, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our 14-day return policy means that you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at hello@lisavorreiter.com stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will then get back to you with instructions on where to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we only cover the cost of return should your item be damaged. Otherwise we ask for you to cover the cost of postage and strongly encourage you to obtain proof of postage when sending your order back to us.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that many of our fabrics are natural linen, wool, silk etc, this means that small discrepancies in the fabrics are normal and actually a sign of their high quality. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
