At LISA VORREITER HOME, every cushion is carefully packed and shipped from the United Kingdom. We aim to make your experience smooth, whether you’re ordering from the UK or overseas.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 working days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Within the UK

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of £5 per order for all orders below £200.

  • Free domestic shipping on orders above £200.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Rates are applied at checkout depending on your location:

  • Europe: a fee of £15 for postage & packaging will be added to your basket at checkout.

  • Rest of the World: a fee of £25 for postage & packaging will be added to your basket at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 working days.

💰 Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • We are not VAT registered, so no UK VAT is charged on your order.

  • For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
